It all began with gelato in 1999, when founders and lifelong lovers of Italian food, Damien Low and William Low,launched their first venture together, Ice Edge Cafe, in Kovan.
Since then, Passion for Food has grown to become the restaurant industry premier specialists in Italian fusion cuisine and premium gelato, with a number of successful restaurants under its belt, including Chapter 55 in Tiong Bahru, which opened its doors in 2014, and Savoury at Jalan Kayu, which followed in 2015.
